TCKRA ICF Marathon State Championship

The 2021 TCKRA ICF K1 State Championship race will be Saturday, April 24th at 10am on Brooks Lake in Sugar Land, TX. (Parking location is wherever you want to park).

The entry fee is $20 ($5 for Juniors). For an additional $5, you can order a 2021 racer t-shirt, but you must register online by 11:59pm on Thursday, April 8th. The t-shirts will be unisex sizing.

The course will the same as previous championships.

Each lap is approx 1.6 miles long. The laps are as follows per class: 7 laps (6 portages) for Men’s and Men’s Masters 40+ 6 laps (5 portages) for Women’s and Men’s Masters 50+ 5 laps (4 portages) for Women’s Masters (40+ and 50+)

Online registration is open. Scroll down to fill out the registration information. Be sure to click through and pay via paypal. We will email you the liability waiver (please print, fill out, and bring it to drop off at the registration table).

Race day registration will begin at 9:30am at the race portage and the race briefing will be at 9:45am. The exact portage will be along the bank in approximately the same location as previous years. Parking is wherever you can find it—you can park behind the Whole Foods or anywhere that is public parking.

Awards will be given for the champion in the following categories: 

Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Men’s Masters (40+), Women’s Masters (40+), Men’s Masters+(50+), Women’s Masters+(50+), and Juniors (<18yrs).

If you aren’t able to social distance, you must wear a mask.
